Weldolet / Thredolet / Sockolet

• Weldolet: Weldable design that ensures material structural continuity.
• Thredolet: Threaded internal design, ideal for quickly creating instrumentation points and detachable branches.
• Socket: It has a turned shoulder (socket) on the inside, into which the branch pipe fits comfortably, and can then be secured from the outside with a fillet weld.
• What is it good for? For high pressure gas and oil pipelines, where installing a standard T-piece is not economical or not statically advantageous.
• Why it's good? They have integrated reinforcement, so there's no need for additional welded reinforcement pads. The CNC machined base perfectly fits the curve of the receiving tube, minimizing weld stress.
• Pressure ratings: 3000#, 6000# and 9000#, according to ASME/ANSI standards.

Stud Bolt + Nut

• What is it good for? For tightening flange plates, installing heat exchangers, and securing high-pressure tank covers.
• Why it's good: Unlike traditional hex head screws, rivets distribute stress more evenly and are easier to replace during maintenance.
• Material grade: A193 B7, B8, B16 or other alloy steels that can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations
• Coatings: Available with galvanized, cadmium or PTFE (Teflon) coating for easier installation and corrosion protection.
