- What operations do we undertake?
- Turning and milling: trimming or profiling of existing flanges, rings, shafts.
- Drilling and spacing: drilling new hole systems with standard or customized spacers.
- Machining of sealing surfaces: resurfacing of damaged surfaces, forming of grooves, metal blanks or special sealing surfaces (e.g. RTJ).
- Threading: re-threading or changing the standard of existing flanges or pipe ends.
- Good for what? For finishing semi-finished products, repairing oversized parts, or making project-specific changes to stock.
- Why is it good?
- Cost-effective: you don't need to buy new raw materials, so you can save significant material costs.
- Speed: It's often much quicker to convert an existing piece than to build a new one from scratch.
- Accuracy: our modern CNC machinery and experienced technicians guarantee that the final result will match the technical drawing.
- Flexibility: from single pieces to medium series, we can undertake conversions at short notice.
