Our Heat exchanger are manufactured to the strictest tolerances to guarantee perfect fit of the tube system and absolute safety of medium separation.

• Dimensions: Custom production from the smallest to large diameter designs, even several tons, in varying thicknesses.
•  What is it good for? In fixed tube bundle, floating head or U-tube heat exchangers, condensers and boilers.
•  Why is it good? The internal material structure of our forged or thick plate materials is homogeneous, so there is no need to worry about hidden material defects when making holes. The hole layout made with CNC technology is accurate, which facilitates the pulling in of pipes and the welding/flanging processes.
•  Extra: Available with special groove design, stainless steel or Cladding (plated) for corrosion protection.

Heat exchanger baffle

The baffles are designed to provide an optimal flow path for the medium while providing rigid support for the tube bundle.

• Dimensions: Based on customer drawings in any segment or circle design, with precise hole positions.
• What is it good for? For Shell & Tube heat exchangers to improve shell-side heat transfer and support the tubes.
•  Why it's good? Burr-free bore design prevents damage to the pipes during assembly and during operation. Precise fit minimizes "bypass" flow, so heat exchange efficiency is not compromised.
• Material quality: Carbon steel, corrosion-resistant steel or other alloys depending on the aggressiveness of the medium.

Striker plate

The impact plate may seem like a small part, but it plays a key role in extending the life of the tube bundle. It distributes the force of the incoming fluid, thus protecting the tubes from premature puncture.

• Function: Mounted below the inlet manifold, it breaks the jet of steam or liquid entering at high speed.
• What is it good for? High-pressure steam systems, gas coolers and any place where the inflow velocity could damage the pipe wall.
• Why it's good? Prevents erosive wear and vibration-induced fatigue at pipe connection points. Made of extremely wear-resistant material to withstand continuous mechanical stress.
• Installation: Easy-to-attach design that does not hinder optimal media distribution in the jacket.
