Double intermediate screw and Transitional intermediate screw

• Types: Equal shank double socket head cap screw, tapered (transition) socket head cap screw.
• Design: Solid hexagonal (hex) center for easy and secure key grip.

Union / Hollander

• Construction: Three-part construction (two end fittings and a union nut).
• Seal: Conical (metal-to-metal) or flat seal design, depending on the application requirements.
• What is it good for? At points where regular cleaning, instrument replacement or maintenance is required.
• Why it's good? Pieces specifically designed for high pressure and vibration that close perfectly even after multiple disassembly.

Welding Nipple

• Design: Weldable at one end (butt or socketed), with external thread at the other end.
• What is it good for? For creating tank stubs, instrument connections, or changing from rigid piping to flexible hoses.
• Why it's good? The body, made of forged or bar material, can withstand the heat load during welding and does not deform, so the thread remains perfect even after installation.

Socket / Coupling

• Types: Full Coupling, Half Coupling and Reducing Coupling.
• What is it good for? For joining pipe sections or welding into tank walls to create internally threaded connection points.
• Why it's good? Our reinforced wall thickness (3000#, 6000#) makes these fittings the most stable points in the system, resisting internal pressure and external mechanical effects.
