Y-piece

• Design: Branches available at 45°, 30° or custom angles.
• What is it good for? For systems where low pressure drop is important or where abrasive media are transported (e.g. slurry, powdery materials).
• Why it's good? The thick-walled material allows for extraordinary wall thickness at critical "corner points", so the service life of the fitting is many times longer than welded sheet metal solutions.

Saddle

Function: Used to create subsequent or planned branches to existing pipelines.

What is it good for? For high-pressure manifolds where installing a traditional T-piece is not possible or would be too expensive.

Why is it good? The saddle shape distributes mechanical stress around the pipe wall, preventing cracks from forming along the weld seam. Each piece is machined to the diameter (radius) of the receiving pipe.

• What is it good for? For fixed points in heavy industrial pipelines, pumping stations exposed to vibration and systems with high thermal expansion.
• Why is it good? The machined surface ensures precise seating and vibration absorption. The massive material thickness is resistant to corrosion and external mechanical influences.
