Blind edge

• Dimensions: In addition to standard sizes (DN), it can also be ordered with custom diameters and thicknesses, even in extreme sizes.
• What is it good for? For sealing the ends of pipelines, inspection openings (manholes) in pressure vessels and tanks, and during pressure tests.
• Why it's good? They are made of forged steel, so they are free from the internal cavities and inclusions typical of castings. This guarantees that the flange will not crack or deform even under the highest operating pressure.
• Design: Can be manufactured as required with a flat (Type 05), raised sealing surface (Type B1), or with a special groove/rib.

Spacer / Intermediate edge

• Function: An element that can be installed between two flanges and can also function as a spacer, measuring flange or reducer.
• What is it good for? For filling gaps when installing valves and instruments, for installing flow meters, or to facilitate the intermittent opening of the pipeline.
• Why is it good? The center flanges are guaranteed to have parallel contact surfaces, thus avoiding tension on the pipeline or uneven loading of the seals.
• Customization: Available with custom holes for instruments.
